I’m a non-diet, weight-inclusive dietitian who believes you deserve to feel at home in your body and at peace with food. Eating shouldn’t be ruled by fear, shame, or rigid rules—it can be nourishing and satisfying.
As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Intuitive Eating Counselor, I support people across the spectrum, from eating disorder recovery to chronic dieting to simply wanting more ease with food.
