Monthly Office Hours with Intuitive Eating & Eating Disorder Dietitian, Dana Notte

Non-diet, weight-inclusive, and eating disorder informed support for registered dietitians & other health professionals.

Helping humans heal their relationship to food and body in the face of diet and wellness culture and a weight-centric healthcare system is really hard.

Support from someone who gets it can make all the difference.

Join me on the second Tuesday of each month for office hours—an open space to get coaching, ask questions, and find support around nutrition counseling, eating disorder care, intuitive eating, and weight-inclusive work.

All are welcome, whether you're new to this work or have been at it for years!

Bring your questions, curiosities, and dilemmas for:

✨ Real-time Q&A and live coaching with me!

✨ Conversations that will help grow your skills and confidence for doing this very important work.

✨ Support, encouragement, and guidance for navigating frustrating systems, challenging case questions, and emotionally intensive work.

✨ Connection with other professionals committed to creating a more just and inclusive world for all bodies to exist.

📅 2025 Dates: July 8, August 12, September 9, October 14, November 11, December 9

Just a quick note to clarify: This is not a clinical supervision space, so I won’t be able to provide in-depth case consultation. This space is perfect for more general case questions and curiosities about nutrition counseling for eating disorders, intuitive eating, and weight-inclusive care (while existing in a very weight-centric world).

Unsure if your need is a fit for office hours? Email me to ask!

Why do I offer this?

When I became a dietitian, I didn’t want to work with eating disorders because, frankly, I didn’t know how.

But, as a great dietitian I know often says (shout out to Jessica Setnick!), “if you are working with humans, you are working with eating disorders.” It didn’t take me long as a young dietitian to realize that was true. So, I started to figure it out.

I have been fortunate throughout my career to have had some amazing mentors who were essential in helping me develop the skill set and confidence I needed to do this important work. I will be forever grateful for their guidance and support to help me grow into a competent provider. It’s such an honor for me to be able to show up for other professionals in this way.

So, because all helping professionals working with humans are likely to encounter eating disorders and disordered eating at some point in their work, but not all helping professionals have access to the support they need to navigate these cases, I’m offering office hours as a way to bridge the gap.

About Me

Hi, I’m Dana Notte!

A weight loss turned non-diet, weight-inclusive registered dietitian who went from saying, “I definitely don’t want to work with eating disorders” to becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist & Consultant.

I’ve specialized in supporting adults with eating disorders at the outpatient level of care since 2015. I’ve worked with all diagnoses, as well as sub-clinical disordered eating, but have a very special passion for working with folks who experience binge eating disorder.

Before discovering Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size®, and weight-inclusive approaches to care, I was pretty certain I had made a terrible mistake becoming a dietitian.

Since then, I’ve found my calling in this work and I’m so honored to walk alongside folks finding their way to greater food and body peace.

This is amazingly rewarding, but also such challenging, work to do. For those of us who are mega empaths, bearing witness to our client’s pain, helping them find healing in a society and systems working against them, is HARD. My gosh, do I get that.

Expanding what I do to include supporting rockstar professionals doing this important work has been such a gift.

Outside of work my favorite things include cats, ice cream, and traveling the world.
