Inspire Masterclass

A 60-minute masterclass to understand why diets don’t work (& why it’s not your fault), why weight doesn’t equal health, and what you stand to gain by giving up the food fight.

If you are ready to begin releasing your food guilt and shame, understanding the underpinnings of your eating behavior, and imagining a life free from food rules, this is the session for you!

 In this session we'll take a deep dive into:

  • How we get wrapped up into diet culture (without even knowing it);

  • The science of weight loss and the dieting cycle & why your inability to lose weight and keep it off isn’t your fault;

  • Why health cannot be reduced to body size and the problems that result when we try to; and

  • What you stand to gain by giving up the food fight.

You will also get:

  • The opportunity to interact with the facilitator and ask questions (if you participate live).

  • A reflection guide to help you explore what would be different about life without food rules, food guilt, and food obsession.

  • Access to a recording if you are unable to attend live or want to re-watch at a later time (minimum 1 year access).

The Details:

  • The live presentation of this program has past, you can still purchase the recording. After registering you will receive an email with the link to the recording, the corresponding workbook, and a special bonus offer (which will be available before April 7, 2023).

Meet Your Facilitator

Dana Notte, MS, RD, CD, CEDS

  • Registered Dietitian

  • Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor

  • Certified Eating Disorder Specialist

Dana discovered Intuitive Eating intuitive eating just over 10 years ago, which offered her the knowledge, skills, and tools to work toward healing her own relationship with food. Not only did this experience and framework change her life personally, but also the entire trajectory of her professional life. Since then she has spent years studying and learning how to support others in finding the peace and ease around food they crave, all while existing in a culture that makes that a really difficult thing to do.
