Who’s a good fit for this program?

  • Anyone who realizes diets don’t work, is eager to give up the food fight, and finally find peace with their relationship to food again.

  • Those who have heard of Intuitive Eating, have learned a little bit about what it is, but are unsure where to begin when it comes to building a trusting relationship with food and your body.

  • Those who crave change when it comes to thoughts, feelings, and behaviors around food and body and need some guidance and support to figure out how to make that change happen.

Who’s not a good fit for this program?

  • Anyone actively pursuing, or seeking to pursue, intentional weight loss. Many people may still have the desire to lose weight and that’s OK, but please note that this is not a group where we will be discussing or endorsing actively pursuing weight loss.

  • Anyone with an active eating disorder or in the early stages of eating disorder recovery. That’s not to say that intuitive eating isn’t relevant for those in recovery at any stage, but at earlier stages it’s often more supportive if the way in which intuitive eating is integrated into the recovery process is guided by an individual’s treatment team and tailored to their individual needs.

What’s the Investment?

  • $229.00

Dana is a fabulous facilitator. I had read the book but was having trouble truly taking it all in...Dana guided us through the content in a way that allowed us to make it our own, in the supportive company of others. Highly recommend!

Dana discovered Intuitive Eating intuitive eating just over 10 years ago, which offered her the knowledge, skills, and tools to work toward healing her own relationship with food. Not only did this experience and framework change her life personally, but also the entire trajectory of her professional life. Since then she has spent years studying and learning how to support others in finding the peace and ease around food they crave, all while existing in a culture that makes that a really difficult thing to do. In this workshop she shares steps to help others begin that process.
